How Can You

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
They can't stop a spill?

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
Oil kills?

Dear BP
How’s Life?
How’s Things?
How’s the money you be making?
How’s life like a king?
How’s it feel to be a terrorist,
Getting paid for your dirt?
Let me be your therapist,
Where does it hurt.
Does it hurt that BP
Just became the new EXXON?
Does it hurt? Now the whole world
Know your whole set wrong.
Does it hurt when they say you might go to jail?
Do you plan to pay the judge he cut you a deal.

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
They can't stop a spill?

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
Oil kills?

Hey yo, BP, lets get back to the topic,
Even FOX news, done fell outta lock step.
Strap you to a chair put a sponge on your head.
Let the people in the gulf hit the switch ‘till you’re dead.
Drop your corpse in the ocean come out covered in oil.
Let your children light you up to show they’re disloyal.
But let me back it up, BP
Cuz I don’t want you dead.
Much rather see you locked up.
As a guest of the FEDS.

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
They can't stop a spill?

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
That the Oil kills?

All the fish in the sea.
All the plants in the ocean.

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
They can't stop a spill?

How can you
Let them drill
When you know
That the Oil kills?

All the birds (who live) on the sea
All the people who love the ocean.
All of us who live with the sea.
All of us who love the ocean.

Planes & Bombs

In the wonderous world of the East in the Middle
a car bomb exploded with the sound of a riddle.

When powerful nations over the globe
are fighting for oil who dies in control.

This riddle was asked while far across the ocean
some planes hit some towers creating some commotion.

As thousands died in fire and debris
an army amassed and set off across the sea.

And they shocked and they awed displaying sound reason
and fox news filmed and people believed em.

And blood lines were erased and families died
And homes were left empty due to people who died.

Some flags disappeared but alot remained
And the wars kept raging with more dead & more maimed.

And the bombs they were smart but how smart could they be
when civillians & children were the main casualties.

& Freedoms not free we all know this fact
But thats not consolation to those alone in Iraq.

& They've lost their homes, their parents, their siblings
In a convoluted war that birthed these misgivings.

And i hope for the future my daughter & so on
but my faith is like a flag & thats one to grow on.
